Mother earth is our model. gravity, the polarity of positive and negative is at the center of the earth which  keeps its rotation with the planets.  Gravity affects us every minute of the day. We are made of 75% water just like Mother Earth. Rivers and streams purify and renew the cycle of life. Molecules are in constant motion of renewal which keeps organization of matter and all forms of life. This is a delicate balance of how nature works. We are in the magnificence dance we call nature.

We are energetic beings of light. Every molecule in the universe and nature has a frequency. Light, sound and heat frequencies are all around us and influence how we feel and function. Even our thoughts have frequencies. Every cell in our  body vibrates and has a frequency.  A heart cell vibrates different than a liver cell and so on – everything has its optimal frequency – which can create balance, just like the order of light in a rainbow.  The body frequency in a healthy person is higher than in someone who is not well.  Our brain responds and perceives these frequencies and responds to our environment.   We need whole food nutrition and whole body movement to optimize the lymph and blood delivery system.

At the DNA level we are programed for food.    The food we eat, affects our body frequency. We may be missing some food frequencies in our diet. The cells of our body receive nutrition frequencies we get from our food. Our blood is 90% water, like earths rivers and streams.  We need to keep our rivers and streams and inner vessel running smoothly without pollution and disorganization.  We are only as healthy as our cells. This is becoming very challenging for many people today.

Just like nature, every molecule and cell in our body is in delicate balance of our world. Everything is connected to each other and everything is connected to nature.  As it is above so it is below.  From the heavens above to the world inside each tiny cell.  We cannot create of destroy matter, we can only change its form and function.  When our energies are in balance we we are in the optimal state for healing on the macro level and the micro level the process of renewal in our body. Wellness can progress when we are in balance. Healthy cellular frequency is dependent upon the cell receiving the correct nutrition and waste removal to maintain and renew itself and cell movement on the micro and the macro level moving fluids which is our biggest factor of weight and the distribution of fluids, maintaining pressure, moving out the old and regeneration of the new which will reduce inflammation and stress throughout the whole body.

Every cell in your body depends on the flow of lymph and blood to receive nutrition and remove waste.  This flow is accomplished by movement of all areas of the body.  Through the vast network of blood vessels the red blood cell moves through the capillaries single file to carry oxygen to every cell in our body The heart does not pump the blood through the cardiovascular system.  The high pressure system in the arteries depends on the breath and the movement of the muscles as they expand and then relax the vessels at the capillary level to deliver red blood cells in the blood serum single file through  the tiny capillaries.  Along side the vessels in the facia system the lymph delivers the nutrition to bath and nourish the cells with, fats, vitamins minerals and also carry out the waste through the larger lymph nodes, thus becoming a low pressure system.   During vasodilation from stress response Large protein molecules move into the interstitial spaces and can draw water and cause stagnation and inflammation. Whole body alignment and movement can help move the lymph to pick up this waste and lower inflammation.

In nature a tree’s root system is important to its survival against the forces of wind and gravity In our body the alignment of our bones are important in our survival against the forces of gravity acted upon us as we move. With approximately 25% of the muscles and bones in our body located in our feet, the mobility of our feet critically affects the integrity of our body structure. When mis-aligned, gravity can pull us down.

Healthy movement starts with the aligning the feet, then the knees, hips, spine/ribs, neck/head. When everything is in alignment, gravity can make us stronger. Improper movement in the lower body may impact the upper body and visa versa. Have you wondered what are the causes of dowager hump and osteoporosis?  This is the a falling forward from the gravitational results.  Alignment using principles of biomechanics help us to understand how gravity effects the body structure over time. When bones are in proper alignment relative to each other, gravity can make us stronger.

It is like going to a yoga class, only personalized. Wear comfortable clothing, that will allow you to feel unrestrained.

Usually 55 min.
What should I expect?
The exercises are of value as a self evaluation tool that you can learn the correct way to use your body throughout the day. You will learn where you are currently as far as range of motion current ability and where you want to be. You can do the movements/exercises as often as you like. The more you incorporate them in your daily life the better.
Can I do RE when I am pregnant?
Yes, the movements will benefit you as you carry yourself correctly during the pregnancy and post-natal as well.
Can I share a session with a friend?
